KCA TUITION AND FEES

Kingsport Christian Academy meets its financial responsibilities solely through the financial commitment and donations of the participating families. We receive no subsidies from other sources. Therefore, the ongoing program is dependent on the timely fulfillment of each family’s financial commitment.

Tuition Payment Plans:

Each semester’s tuition, when paid, is nonrefundable for a student who has been accepted into the program but later withdraws after classes begin each semester. It is the parent’s responsibility to contact KCA if a financial issue arises to request an extension on their payment. We are more than happy to work with you, so please communicate with us as soon as a financial situation arises.

 Payment Plan Options:

1.     Annually:  full payment due in August

2.     Semi-annually: Semester 1 tuition is due in August and Semester 2 tuition is due in December. 

3.   Monthly: Payments will be made on an 8-month payment plan, August through March, however, if you prefer monthly payments but your application is received after August 1ST, you will automatically be scheduled for a 7-month payment plan. 

4.     Tuition payments will be made through your Family Portal account and will be based on your tuition plan (which is selected as part of your online application.)  All tuition payments are applied in advance of services rendered. Tuition payments are nonrefundable for any student who has been accepted into the program but later withdraws. FACTS tuition plan enrollment fees are determined by the payment plan you select for your family and is determined by FACTS Tuition Management. The nonrefundable FACTS tuition enrollment fee will be automatically processed within 14 days of the agreement being posted to the FACTS system. This fee is per family, NOT per student.   When enrolling multiple students, you will select the tuition plan while completing your first student’s application and simply confirm the details for each additional student enrolled. 


Class Material/Lab Fees

All material and lab fees are one-time fees and include all “specialty” supplies needed for each class.  These items are purchased in bulk by KCA and distributed to students throughout the school year.  These fees will be billed October and are in addition to tuition.  All fees are non-refundable if a student drops the class after the official drop date has passed.
