Students currently enrolled in classes at KCA

The re-enrollment process for students returning to KCA is completed entirely through your FamilyPortal. 

  1. Log in to your FamilyPortal.

  2. Select Apply/Enroll (lower left of your screen)

  3. Select Enrollment/Reenrollment.

  4. Select Start Enrollment Packet and following the onscreen instructions.

Once you submit your application, then you will be ready to submit a course request for each child you wish to enroll in classes for the upcoming school year.  

1. Log into your can log into your FamilyPortal. 

2. Select Student Information (located on the left of the screen) and select the child you want to register for classes.

3. Select Course Requests and you will be given drop down boxes with the classes for which your child can register for the upcoming school year.  Please note that no course requests will be processed until you have submitted your online re-enrollment packet.

4. Once you have submitted the requests, we will verify that he/she is being placed in the correct grade level and you will receive an email letting you know your student’s schedule for the upcoming school year.
