KCA 2021/2022 TUITION AND FEES

Kingsport Christian Academy meets its financial responsibilities solely through the financial commitment and donations of the participating families. We receive no subsidies from other sources. Therefore, the ongoing program is dependent on the timely fulfillment of each family’s financial commitment.

Tuition Payment Plans:

Each semester’s tuition, when paid, is nonrefundable for a student who has been accepted into the program but later withdraws after classes begin each semester. 

Payment Plan Options:

(1)   ANNUAL: Payments may be made annually (August 6th)

(2)   SEMESTER: Payments are made semi-annually (August 6th and December 1st)

(3)   MONTHLY PAYMENTS: Payments are made in 8-monthly installments. Payments made on the 8-month payment plan are due on the 15th of each month from August through March. (August payment is due on August 4th. All other payments are due by the 15th of each month.) Payments made on the 8-month plan will be billed at the beginning of each month. Repeated failure to make a payment by the due date may result in your child being dropped from his/her classes.  It is the parent’s responsibility to contact KCA if a financial issue arises to request an extension on their payment. We are more than happy to work with you, so please communicate with us as soon as a financial situation arises.

 

2019/2020 Tuition Breakdown by plan: ANNUAL, SEMESTER, OR MONTHLY

 

ANNUAL PAYMENTS -- DUE AUGUST 4TH

1.o hr classes (1st-6th Grade)  

  • 1 class = $450

  • 2 classes =$900

  • 3 classes = $1350

  • 4 classes = $1800

1.5 hr classes (7th-12th Grade) 

  • 1 credit/class = $600

  • 2 credits/classes = $1200

  • 3 credits/ classes = $1800

  • 4 credits/classes = $2400

 

SEMESTER PAYMENTS (DUE AUGUST 6TH AND DECEMBER 1ST)

 

1.O hr classes (1st-6th Grade)

  • 1 class = $225/semester

  • 2 classes = $450/semester

  • 3 classes = $675/semester

  • 4 classes = $900/semester

1.5 hr classes (7th-12th Grade)

  • 1 credit/class = $300/semester

  • 2 credits/classes = $600/semester

  • 3 credits/ classes = $900/semester

  • 4 credits/classes = $1200/semester

 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS ( EACH PAYMENT IS DUE BY THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH,  AUGUST PAYMENT IS DUE AUGUST 6TH)

1.0 HR CLASSES (1ST - 6TH Grade)

  • 1 class = $56.25/month

  • 2 classes = $112.50/month

  • 3 classes = $168.75/month

  • 4 classes = $225/month

1.5 hr classes (7th-12th Grade)

  • 1 credit/class = $75/month

  • 2 credits/classes =$150/month

  • 3 credits/ classes = $225/month

  • 4 credits/classes = $300/month


Class Material/Lab Fees

All material and lab fees listed below are one time fees and include all “specialty” supplies needed for each class.  These items are purchased in bulk by KCA and distributed to students throughout the school year.  These fees will be billed separately on October 1st and are in addition to tuition.  All fees are non-refundable if a student drops the class after the official drop date has passed.
